Helping The Community: Dentist Supports Fresh Grads and Colleagues to Accelerate Careers

General dentist, Dr. Ji Loh who currently lives in Dallas TX has been practicing dentistry for over 5 years shared his struggle with the AHN community when he was launching his career after college.

“At the time, I was not fortunate like some of my colleagues, to have a mentor to guide me once I finished dental school. After spending months doing things on my own, while feeling so lost, confused, and frustrated, I finally received the proper credentials to start practicing, but only to find myself struggling again working in the real world of dentistry” he said

Dr. Loh has worked with a lot of new dentists throughout the years of his practice and saw a lot of common struggles once these recent grads complete their program.

“Time and time again I see the same challenges many new graduates go through, and how surprising it is to me that dental schools do not prepare them for what to do after graduation!” he added.

Most universities don’t prepare students for the cultural transition between college to the professional world. Dr. Loh wanted to support fresh graduates with all the knowledge and personal experiences he has gained in the field.

Dr. Loh’s Optimal Dental Transition Program assists new graduates in accelerating their dental careers. The program also prepares dental students to be able to work confidently right out of dental school, as well as be efficient and highly productive dentists.
