Stella Han is the co-founder and CEO of Fractional, the first social platform for fractional ownership of real estate. Fractional empowers people to co-own investment real estate with friends and others in an inclusive, collaborative, and hassle-free way. The software guides investors from discovery to acquisition to management, especially in a group setting. Fractional has raised $5.5M in funding on a $30M valuation from Y Combinator, CRV, Will Smith, Kevin Durant, and others. Before Fractional, Stella was a senior software engineer at Affirm where she built and scaled prequalification and payment processing systems and led integration with Walmart and Shopify, Affirm’s two biggest partnerships. Stella graduated from Carnegie Mellon University in 2018 where she studied Computer Science.
