East Meets West: New Takeout Fusion Restaurant Masala Burgers Spices Up Toronto

Canadian-Indian Mohamed Panchbhaya launched his “desi burger”, Masala Burgers in Toronto after being inspired by the bustling street food he experienced on several trips back to India.

Masala Burgers offers all-natural homemade burgers made with the finest spices. They also serve masala wings, sweet potato fries, and samosas. Their masalas and spice blends are what make this fast food stand out.

He makes his own barbecue sauce using the tandoori masala, which he sautés with beef, cheese, and onions, as well as varieties of in-house hot sauces to go with the burgers.

Panchbhaya has his version of Philadelphia’s cheesesteak with masala BBQ sauce topped with cheddar cheese and jalapeno.

Masala Burgers recently announced that they are also available on Uber Eats.
