– You have 5+ years of experience in Youtube production & content strategy
– You’ve worked as a Director for digital content; you understand the ins and outs of production, and have an empathetic leadership style
– You have a collaborative and creative style that is able to help Jubilee make smart, strategic decisions fast
– You’ve worked with Google Suite, Slack, Asana, Frame.io or other similar software

– Lead ideation for new shows through establishing a culture that promotes and rewards creative excellence & risk-taking
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the performance of each aspect of our content: packaging, editing, casting and topics
– Effectively lead, inspire & motivate a team of Senior Creatives and empower them to create and lead the creation of high performing digital content that expands Jubilee’s audience and embodies our mission
– Partner with HR to lead all recruiting efforts for new Creative talent to join Jubilee and develop ways to teach, motivate and grow Directors
– Lead strategic conversations around show & episode creation; providing input and recommendations around what will increase the performance of a show
– Lead all programming decisions and manage the release calendar for YT, SnapChat, Spotify, and other distribution channels while reviewing performance analytics and making recommendations for how to improve distribution efforts
– Partner with Leadership to set & adjust viewership targets for all shows based on channel history and projected output via Youtube analytics
– Work with Brand Partnerships to ensure opportunities for brands to work with Jubilee are proactively communicated and properly executed
– Manage performance expectations for Senior Creatives, including establishing performance metrics, conducting performance reviews, 1-on-1 meetings, and guiding them to become strong Creative Leaders at Jubilee
– Manage Talent outreach and create processes and means to attract Talent to partner with Jubilee
