- Create Reels and TikTok videos
- Create content calendars and publish posts
- Coordinate and strategize with our CEO & CMO
- Engage with and Grow our followers
- Consistently gathering inspiration and coming up with new content ideas
- Reach agreed upon KPI’s by the company
- Analyze competitors, TikTok insights, and data to optimize content and hashtags
- Ability To Manage 2+ TikTok accounts
- Provide daily updates & weekly results to upper management
Requirements
- Worked with million dollar brands/businesses
- Is well versed in TikTok and 2+ years social media management
- Has basic video editing background and did content scripting
