Emma Guo is the co-founder and CEO of Offsyte (www.offsyte.co), the one-stop-shop for discovering and booking amazing team-building events, anything from magic shows to boba-making classes, graffiti workshops, and more. Emma received her masterā€™s degree in Technology from Carnegie Mellon University, after graduating from Fudan University in Electrical Engineering. Before starting Offsyte, she worked as a Software Engineer and then Engineering Manager at several tech companies in the SF Bay Area, most recently at Lyft where she was managing an engineering team focusing on driver quality. She launched Offsyte in 2020 with a mission of shaping the worldā€™s transition to the future of work, and helping teams all over the world stay connected and engaged.
