Digital Content Creator/Graphic Designer
The Digital Content Creator/Graphic Designer will transform text and text-heavy presentations into more engaging, concise, and interactive experiences for our target audiences using graphics, infographic design, key art, animations, video, and more. They play a pivotal role in making information more interesting and engaging.

Responsibilities:

Design and create templates for pitch presentations; rich in detail and other high-level design elements
Partner with Business Operations team to develop design concepts for social media, investor pitches and joint programs
Concept and create print and digital collateral for sales initiatives
Build and implement new approaches and apply to design work
Act as a champion of brand standards and guidelines maintaining Spike & Crown’s graphic aesthetic and quality
Effectively manage & execute multiple projects at once, meeting deadlines and client needs
Follow creative direction, work in a group dynamic, and actively participate on any given project or team to which assigned

Requirements

2-4 years of design experience
Link to a web portfolio or PDF attachment
Excellent skills in Adobe Creative Cloud & video editing
Impeccable attention to detail
Strong conceptual ability, along with design and layout skill
Able to easily liaise with people & create work based on a verbal or written brief
Self-starter and well-organized
Positive attitude; receptive to creative direction and design feedback

Nice to have but not a dealbreaker

Experience with Canva and collaborating with sales/marketing teams
Experience with Notion
Proficiency in HTML/CSS
